The Genesis Sculptural Casserole rejects the static, circular geometry of traditional cookware. Instead, it embraces the fluid dynamics of nature.

Designed for the chef who views the kitchen as a studio, this piece is a functional monolith. Resting on a raw stone plinth within a gallery-like setting of concrete pillars, the Genesis serves as both a high-performance braising engine and a stunning table centerpiece. It is where the science of heat meets the poetry of form.

▵ ELEMENTAL COMPOSITION [ Appearance & Materials ]

We have utilized advanced mineral-cast techniques to create a vessel that feels as though it were carved by the wind and water.

  • THE STRATA SHELL: The body and lid feature an extraordinary layered ripple texture. This biomimetic design isn't just aesthetic; the increased surface area helps dissipate heat evenly across the exterior while providing a mesmerizing tactile experience.

  • THE MATTE OBSIDIAN FINISH: Forged from high-density ceramic stoneware, the vessel is finished in a multi-tonal matte charcoal and earth-grey gradient. This material provides exceptional thermal mass, keeping food hot long after it leaves the flame.

  • THE ORGANIC ANCHORS: The integrated side handles are capped with turned hardwood grips. These serve as cool-touch points of contact, providing a warm, natural contrast to the stone-like body of the pot.

  • THE VORTEX LID: The lid features a unique, concentric spiral handle molded directly into its form, ensuring a seamless aesthetic that eliminates the need for a separate knob.

▵ CULINARY DEPLOYMENT [ Recommended Ingredients ]

The Genesis is engineered for "low and slow" techniques that require heavy moisture retention.

  • Heritage Root Vegetables: Perfect for slow-roasting parsnips, heirloom carrots, and salt-crusted beets.

  • Artisan Sourdough: The thick ceramic walls create a professional-grade steam environment for achieving a shatteringly crisp bread crust.

  • Fragrant Tagines: The heavy, tight-fitting lid excels at recycling aromatics back into lamb, apricot, and chickpea stews.

  • Wild Mushroom Risottos: The wide, stable base ensures even rice hydration without hot spots.

▵ THE STEWARD’S PROTOCOL [ Maintenance & Precautions ]

To preserve the complex geometry of the Genesis, please observe the following:

  1. THERMAL EQUILIBRIUM: Like all high-density stoneware, avoid thermal shock. Never move the vessel directly from a cold refrigerator to a hot oven.

  2. THE WOOD DEFENSE: Because of the integrated hardwood handle accents, this vessel is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only with non-abrasive tools to protect the matte finish and wood grain.

  3. FLAME MANAGEMENT: On gas stovetops, keep the flame localized to the center of the base. High flames licking the sides can scorch the beautiful ripple texture and damage the wooden grips.
